About Taman Jawi Jaya
Asian Grandeur’s current project is the development of a new township called Taman Jawi Jaya. When completed, it will have 1200 units of residential houses and 145 units of commercial buildings. It will transform Taman Jawi Jaya into a new township with the district administrative centre situated at the front.

Taman Jawi Jaya is situated minutes away from the Jawi interchange off the North-South Highway, 30 minutes from Butterworth and the Penang Bridge. It is also only 10 minutes away from industrial estates such as Bukit Panchor Industrial Estate and Nibong Tebal Industrial Park.

There are various amenities surrounding Taman Jawi Jaya, making it a prime residential and commercial area. The amenities include:
- Government administrative complex and rest house
- Public library and police headquarters (southern district)
- Primary, secondary and tertiary (University Science Malaysia – Engineering Faculty) educational facilities all within a 2 km radius
- The Penang International Airport just 40 minutes away
- A five-storey hospital is proposed to be built along the commercial centre of the new township facing the old Federal Highway
